Limited Product Offering and Subpar Market Research by Tumaz

I was dissatisfied with Tumaz's constrained product offering and subpar market research because I work as a product manager in the sports business. Despite their claim to serve a diversity of interests, their product selection is limited and they appear to concentrate primarily on runners and yogis. The small selection of sizes and styles offered for many goods reveals their lack of market research. Because of this, they are passing up a sizable segment of the market, such as plus-size competitors or those with particular needs. Their pricing strategy also appears to be out of step with the market. The costs are significantly greater than those of rival companies selling comparable goods. This pricing approach might not work in the long run, particularly if they keep selling products of poor quality. Additionally, it is challenging to find the right goods and complete transactions on their website due to a lack of user friendliness. Additionally, their return policy is unclear, which may cause consumers to become angry and disappointed. As a product manager, I will conclude that I do not suggest Tumaz. The company's limited product selection, subpar market analysis, exorbitant prices, and poor online purchasing experience are very disappointing.
