I'm a PC newbie but this PC was pretty decent to be honest. Everything described is definitely in line with expectations, because for a cold war I probably get 110-150 fps depending on the map, for 1660 it's not so bad. However, I recommend downloading MSI Afterburner to increase fan speed to 55-60% when playing high frame rate games like Cold War due to temperature. at 38% I was at 58-62°C which is average for a 1660 but to get the most out of it I would recommend it. So the overall gaming ID says 6/10, that's brutally honest, although I love it, it's just not the BEST for $1024 in my opinion, but hey, it met my expectations. and based on a 2014 PS4 ID I'll say I LOVE movement (but still getting that PS5😉).
