It has its flaws but overall I really like it. I own a pie shop and I make a lot of apple pies with fresh apples. This device peels them fairly quickly, but leaves a peel on both ends of the apple (which I have to cut off, but that's ok as I'll have to cut the apple anyway). The handle feels fragile so when I rotate it I try not to push too hard because I feel like it might break off. I think this cleaner is great for personal use at home but wouldn't use it in a busier environment. I will say to be careful with the blade (and they provide a spare blade which is nice) - as I cut my hand twice while peeling the apple and my hand slipped over the blade.
