foolproof. works well. If you're thinking of spending money on extra wheels, think no further. I've seen people attach belts to bikes and it looked painful. This one is filled with over 120 pounds. it rolls pretty well. fills up easily. falls off easily. There is even a level indicator. The only problem I have is that it doesn't ventilate well when full.
