Totally normal for this thing. You can tell they're just putting these things together to get them out the door and into the hands of the QVC crowd as quickly as possible. It makes a lot; plays CDs, cassettes, vinyl, radio and Bluetooth, but does not process any of them. The phonograph mode in particular is a blur. The stylus is cheap and crappy, the player stopped working many times and had to be reset to make it work, the lever is too light for most records, it just stops when the album is done and doesn't give the lever return. . Cassette mode like 2 buttons, play and FF. You have to eject the tape, flip the tape, reinsert the tape, rewind the tape, eject the tape again, rewind the tape, reinsert the tape just to rewind. *rolls eyes*. The knobs aren't very good as my volume peaks after turning the knob halfway. You can keep turning the knob but the volume doesn't increase etc etc. It connects to my Bluetooth so I think it does. I would suggest saving up and getting something better or just lowering your expectations if you choose to do so.
