Allows for quick sanding of drywall.

I saw an ad on YouTube for another cylindrical grinder and thought it was a good idea. They did a quick bathroom renovation. But be careful - you can sand drywall paper VERY quickly, even the finest grit that comes with this sander. The included sandpaper is of good quality, doesn't charge too quickly and is easy to remove/replace on the pad. Overall very happy with my purchase.
