One of the easiest and cheapest fixes you can make with instant gratification
Perfect match for my 2007 Pontiac Torrent. Installation is that easy. Just secure the tailgate with something, remove the metal clips on each end of your old ones (I used a flat head screwdriver), remove the old jambs and snap the new ones into place. Takes 5-10 minutes and a screwdriver was the only tool I used. It took me so long to manually raise the overhead gate that I forgot that the jambs not only hold it up but automatically raise the gate once you start it. After installation, I pleasantly remembered this convenience.
