I like that it's easy to use with no training required; however, there is currently nothing you can do without knowing some Excel formulas (which aren't intuitive).

It would be nice if they had an easier way for people who don't know much about excel to understand how all of this works. Also, the data isn't always updated when we need it so sometimes you have to go back through multiple files before finding what you're looking for which takes time! We've been able to save tons of money by using DT compared to other software companies and realtors as well - but mostly because of their customer service department!!
