I let it charge for a full day after plugging it in for a bit and noticing the sound would come and go during songs thought the battery charge was low was. I tried different songs and volume levels and nothing changed the result. Also, I was lucky enough to see almost 4/5 hours of playback on a full charge with the lights off and just the speakers playing. Don't get me wrong the light is cool and it sounds loud and clear "when it's not in and out" but it doesn't last as long as they say and it's annoying to sing the song in and out to hear, not happy with the brand. New radio for the price.
