My family and I are going on vacation during the season. We start our season in early May and camp until mid-October. Being in the forest, insects are always a problem. Mosquitoes are strong this year. In the last few months or so, yellow jackets have become a more prominent topic. I'm not sure if that's the reason for the hurricane weather we had, but something definitely upset her. I ordered this error blocker to try and minimize the overall error problem. I was happy to see that this zapper is a good size. It has 2 power options, one turns it on normally and the other turns it on when it gets dark. Usually the bugs get worse by then, but lately it's been bad all day. I noticed that this zapper needs to be plugged directly into the power supply. I tried using an extension cord but the light was so dim and it didn't work properly. Once I plugged it directly into the van it worked flawlessly. Luckily the cord is a decent length so I can still hang it where I hoped. It has a tray that you can pull out to remove any dead bugs. It works well to keep them under control. This is a great investment if, like us, you spend a lot of time outdoors.
