it's actually not 60fps it's 50fps
I'm using this to stream for my nintendo switch if I set it to 60fps in the streaming labs it gets lines displayed in the stream, which is a vertical sync issue as the card dropped it to 48 fps in stream labs and the $25 lines are gone. I can't complain when Elgato is $100 or more. Just make sure you set your capture device to 48-50 fps according to Streaming Labs.
