shipping was fast, loading pictures and music was easy, although i'm afraid there were a few songs i didn't include (it should be new) but it may be free music, i just deleted it, as easy as peeling a pear. I bought a 2 year warranty, I hope if I have problems through no fault of their own they fall for it, under the warranty they all had good reviews and the price was reasonable. Just started using it but so far so good. In fact, so far it's been easier to use and manage than my old Zen, which kept breaking and I had to turn the music back on after a firmware update, after that it just died, it's been refurbished. Do you know how exhausting it is to write over a hundred and fifty songs on it after it nearly died for me twice? this went on for almost a year and a half. I give this player five stars so far.
