I am 5'3, 38DD band width, 44-46 inches depending on type of bra I'm wearing, and I haven't worn a dress in 15 years because . the Apple roundness of it all. I took a chance and ordered the 4x and it fits like a DREAM. There's the slightest gaping under the arms, but not enough so my bra band shows, so the bodice could accommodate a larger bust or a super push up type bra. It has the slightest stretch so I could actually shimmy into it without using the zipper-- but it's still form fitting and holds it's shape (and hugs my shape) without being tight or uncomfortable. The fabric is a vibrant lively green and has that wonderful, waxed texture which makes the slight gathers in the skirt pool out a bit even without a crinoline slip, creating the lovely illusion of a WAIST! The kind of dress that does all the work for you, no waist cincher or uncomfortable shapewear needed. A Winner! Arrived in less than a week.
