Review on TrippNT 50115 White Shelf Height by Michael Welborn

Arrived with dents on the front of the top shelf. According to the description it is PVC. This usually means a hard form of plastic. However, it seems to be made of foam, which can easily break and crease. Be careful if you want to use this for something heavy. I was planning to use it on the bathroom counter to store cosmetics and shampoo. I don't think it can support the weight of a bottle of shampoo without wrinkling or tearing. The manufacturer contacted me and offered to replace this shelf with another one made of more durable material. I no longer need the shelf but they insisted. It's arrived and it's much better stuff. However, now I have nowhere to use it and I don't know if I would buy it because I don't know its cost. They said it was free so I'll put it away until I find a place for it. They are very concerned about the response to customer comments. I wish they paid more attention to the materials used in production and quality control upon delivery.
