Installation was pretty easy and didn't take long. There is a little play that I eliminated by installing a 3mm washer. You need those giant washers that are used to install a wall mounted toilet. Should be easy to find in a home camp. I should have given them 4 stars because I had to walk to a home store to get a washing machine, but I still gave them 5 stars because of the customer support. A nut/bolt was broken and I contacted the company and asked for a new nut/bolt. Instead they sent me the whole set. The project is solid and well built. Couldn't ask for a better product.
