It was a super-duper easy installation, no one would have thought it wasn't included in the car. No wiring harness is supplied but a bracket for it if you add it later I'm very happy with what I need.

Bought not to tow but to add a luggage rack to my wife's 2019 Jeep JLU. Easy enough to find out if you've installed a towbar before. If not, it's still pretty easy. Update, we used a hitch to tow our 21ft boat and it is very strong and holds up great.

This weight kills the money. Easy to install, DIY in 30 minutes without a lift. The middle two nuts for the thru bolts are welded on so you can install the bumper without removing them. The instructions are nonsense, there's 5 minutes video on YouTube and it's easy. Also, don't forget to buy cable ties!

So there is a panel that needs to be removed from your JLU in order to install it due to the construction of this hitch. So I wish the protruding screws could be removed so I don't have to remove the panel. I ended up sending the item back and getting a different handle so I didn't have to remove that panel.

Easy to install. All the details matched the pre-existing holes on the frame of my car. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I use it for a 3 bike bike rack and it works great. I was a bit hesitant so I bought a hitch stabilizer for less than $20 which fixed the problem. I suspect the wobble is due to the design of my bike rack and not the hitch itself. The dealer wanted to charge me about $1,000 for a Jeep with a trailer hitch. This saved me over $900!

I bought this specifically for the cable set that came with it. Wiring is easy and pretty much just plug and play. If it was properly connected, which I didn't have. Ordered a replacement which was also wired incorrectly. I ended up having to completely cut the wires and redo them myself (the taillights and trailer lights didn't light up properly). Installation was pretty easy and didn't take long. There is a little play that I eliminated by installing a 3mm washer. You need those giant washers that are used to install a wall mounted toilet. Should be easy to find in a home camp. I should have given them 4 stars because I had to walk to a home store to get a washing machine, but I still gave them 5 stars because of the customer support.
