Review on Column Case Investigative by Ted Higdem

I like it's capability of being able to do multiple things at once which makes my job much easier now than what we were doing before columncaseinvestigative came into play. It took us almost 2 years but when they put everything together for our organization nothing was missing anymore! Their customer support team also helped me several times since I had question about how their system works or just general questions about anything related with columns cases. There are different ways you can use this product such as searching by date range (which helps if your looking through all files within one day). You cannot search by file number so having those two things combined could help alot. The best way would be to have separate databases where each person keeps only his/her own work. But because there is no option available yet for this maybe another year until its fully implemented. Benefits include better quality control over information from previous.
