Bought for a family summer trip. I accidentally bought this model thinking it was an SUV WITHOUT a trunk. I was still able to get it to work, but make sure you pick the right one as it's made for SUVs without a trunk. Worked great and withstood rain and highway speeds. I rode 17 hours round trip and was amazed at how much gear I put in it. I put a large, a medium, and a small suitcase in it, along with all of our beach towels and beach toys. There was still room for other loose items. I would suggest putting a non-slip mat under the bag. Prevents the bag from slipping and protects the roof of the car. I like that it is stored in a small bag that takes up almost no space on my shelf.
