Great Mills: Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets

I like that the mill is on top so the paper and salt don't get on the table, which always happened with the ones with the mill below. This might seem like a minor issue, but if you're constantly grinding pepper and salt off the table, or wiggling your coffee grinder to knock out the salt/pepper. Blinker with the twisted part being the opposite end. (Typical of most mills, the turning part is opposite the mill head. Finally, they fill at the end opposite the mill head (typical). Large opening (mostly the bottom of the mill). Large capacity. Clear view Everyone knows the contents and the amount in it. I bought them for a dining table. They look good. I wish there was a smaller version, not bad, but I think a 3/4 size would be a lot smaller and then too small for the hand better Appearance The grinding range is pretty good, out of 5 settings, for salt, the second lowest is about table salt, 1 is heavy salt for popcorn, pepper, 1 is typical for ground pepper and 3 is of course about that.
