My old reader that was over 10 years old ended up in my pants pocket which ended up in the washer and dryer. I figured I could make a living just plugging the USB directly into the camera, but it's unbearably slow. I've found many options in a similar price range, but I chose this one because the additional USB-C adapter that comes with it would probably be more useful to me in the long run than the reader itself. So far I've only tested the reader to make sure that it works and works well enough. However, I made friends with the adapter! Connecting my accessory that was previously connected to a docking station or similar! Even if it is only 1 adapter, the purchase was worth it. Now I know I don't talk much about the reader. They are what they are. In this price range they are all the same. It's faster than a camera when processing data on a computer, I couldn't ask for more.
