WELL? I can't say anything about nutrition and sports nutrition

I'm not sure about these. Tried used tablets (Nunn) and Propel-Power. I don't think I see anything. It's clear when you throw it in water (but leaves little stains...). Not for me. I think I need to see this as I didn't notice any difference by simply swallowing the capsule (which I thought was a drop of water) and drinking the water.
