Initial installation was easy - let's see how long they last

Installation was easy. Removing the old (failed) pads from another supplier was harder than hammering them. The nails are small so I don't think you need to pre-drill holes unless they are in a very thin foot. - Of course, if you're worried, you should pre-drill because it's better to be safe than sorry. I would feel terrible if I broke Bubinga's leg in a $1,000 chair. However, it worked well in cherry. If I can remember, I'll report back in the future how long they last on my uneven stone tile floors.

Pros
