The support team is really fast to respond with any questions we have had so far! We haven't been able use all of their features yet but they are very helpful in letting us know what other products would work best for our business needs as well as making recommendations when there isn’t an exact match! I love that you can create your own product pages or shop page from within this tool if needed which makes it easy to update them whenever new inventory comes into stock instead having to rely upon others doing it over time.

Also being such a large platform allows me access to many different options including social media management tools like Buffer & Hootsuite allowing me more focus without worrying about too much technical stuff myself (that's why its nice paying monthly!).
