Review on FUNSHOWCASE by Jose Cox

I am someone who does a lot of their shopping for arts and crafts supplies online, so I was very excited to check out the online store that FUNSHOWCASE has. My experience, on the other hand, has left me feeling both frustrated and dissatisfied. To begin, the website was difficult to traverse, with categories that were difficult to understand and a search function that was cumbersome. It was difficult for me to find what I was looking for, and even after I did find it, there was not as large of a selection as there was at other online stores that I have purchased at. When I had eventually gotten around to placing my order, I found that the shipping time was much longer than I had anticipated. My items did not appear for several weeks, and when they finally did, they were improperly packaged, which led to damaged goods being delivered. Because of the unresponsiveness of the customer service, it was difficult to get a refund for the goods that had been damaged. In addition, I didn't find the product descriptions to be very detailed, which left me uncertain about the things I was buying in terms of their quality and whether or not they would meet my needs. Because of the low quality of the product images, it was difficult to make out the finer details of the items and to form an accurate mental impression of how they appeared in real life. My experience shopping at FUNSHOWCASE's online store was, on the whole, one that was both aggravating and disheartening. This is not a retailer that I would recommend to other people who shop online, and I will look into other, more dependable choices in the future when I need to buy arts and crafts supplies.
