If this product works, it's AWESOME! One of the coolest gadgets I've ever bought. The problem is that the device only works sporadically. There must be a design flaw as this is now my SECOND UNIT which the company kindly sent me under warranty. I love it when it works ----- the coffee foams really well, the hot chocolate couldn't taste better! ----- but it's very frustrating when you press the button and nothing happens. What I usually try is to take out the batteries (which are definitely fresh AAA) and then put them back in the device, take them out of the device and put them back in. Sometimes it helps. But there is definitely something wrong with the mechanics of this device, otherwise I would have given it an INCREDIBLE 5 STAR rating. Customer service is excellent and very responsive, but there seems to be a bug in the product. Many Thanks.
