Review on Enhance Your Communication with the Grandstream HT801 Single-Port Analog Telephone Adapter by Lisa Barber

I bought this to replace another Grandstream ATA that had blown due to a lightning strike on the internet cable. I had some trouble getting the configuration right, but the folks at Callcentric (my VoIP provider) were very helpful with knowledgeable and polite advice. I was able to send screenshots of my configuration settings and they provided quick assistance leading to a successful device enrollment. The configuration problem was my problem, not a device error. The Grandsream configuration website worked fine for me. The HT801 is a notable improvement over my older and cheaper GS product. It is more stable and does not drop calls. The extra cost justifies a reliable home phone. In addition, the sound quality is very perfect. I'm a lucky guy.
