The shocks I bought do not match my mounts. Customer Service has requested a VIN to search for shock absorbers! A VIN was provided and then I was asked to take photos of shock absorbers which I was unable to fit. I had to reinstall my old shocks and argue with support about it. I incurred the additional expense [$100] to get the shocks matched: removing my old shocks and installing faulty Chinese shocks plus 40 miles driving and shop fees. Beware of this seller and the origin of his products. BUY AMERICAN! American intellectual property was copied, but the country of manufacture could not even perfectly copy the shock absorbers to fit my FORD F-150.
