    Terrible shocks ruin my suspension.

    These shocks are a total waste of money. They didn't last more than a few months before they started leaking oil and causing my suspension to fail. The only positive thing I can say is that they were easy to install.

    a little lack of spare parts

    I don't know how long it will last. My truck is a 1997 Ford F150 with an off road package, it's difficult to get the right front shock absorbers, this kit is holding up well so it lasted about 4 months.

    Defective product - VERY poor customer service

    The shocks I bought do not match my mounts. Customer Service has requested a VIN to search for shock absorbers! A VIN was provided and then I was asked to take photos of shock absorbers which I was unable to fit. I had to reinstall my old shocks and argue with support about it. I incurred the additional expense [$100] to get the shocks matched: removing my old shocks and installing faulty Chinese shocks plus 40 miles driving and shop fees. Beware of this seller and the origin of his products…
