This is the first time I left a bad review!

I came home from work and was happy to find this package on my porch, but when I opened it I was confused as the screws in the box were loose and nothing in the right place appeared to be and there were dents on top of the handle before I had time to take it out of the box. and to top it off, there was no paper, no instructions; I think I even miss the back end. I was so surprised that I had to double check to make sure I hadn't ordered a used one; but no, it was "brand new". I don't usually write bad reviews, but that shouldn't happen to others.
