The most impressive part about this is how it integrates with other systems like ADP, EMR, etc. It has saved our clinic SO much time! There isn't anything that I dislike really. They are very easy to get set up and use in your office environment. Nothing at all - great service so far as they have integrated into my system seamlessly. We recently had an issue where one patient was incorrectly billed for a procedure when we actually meant another provider who performed the same surgery under different insurance codes (both procedures were completed by Dr. A.). This led to us being overbilled twice due to payment errors made during coding/fraud checks. Their customer support team worked tirelessly through several changes to resolve these issues without any additional charges to billers or patients.
