No data, poor WiFi Suitable for computers and accessories

This tablet cannot be connected to a data plan and does not support always-on WiFi. Other devices next to it connect without any problems, it's just this tablet. waste of money. Revain support couldn't help, now I'm trying to get through to the manufacturer.
