Review on ๐Ÿ›น MINORITY 40-inch Drop Trough Deck Longboard Skateboard: Ideal for Smooth Cruising Rides by Richard Gross

Revainrating 2 out of 5

cheap production, handling and VERY bad design, glad Revain gave me my money back thank goodness!

Background: I've been skateboarding/longboarding for about 12 years and have had about 10-12 boards at a time. And the board is unique in that it opens and drips. Cons: The carts are cheap, very cheap, they look and feel like plastic which is a big no-go. Also, the board is pretty damn uncomfortable as it is and I'll say it can be ridden physically, but it's VERY unsafe as it is and there aren't any instructions on how to make it safer. This is not safe as the board will scratch when turning no matter your weight you can weigh 90lbs and it will still scratch. The manufacturer didn't bother to include a two dollar plastic spacer on each side, maybe a win? or carelessness? DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD IF: You don't mind spending a separate $5 for 2 pads or the frustration will drive you crazy. Any skater can ride this board, and I'll tell you in 30 seconds that it should come with lift pads, aka shock absorbers. Whoever designed this board didn't ride it before they released it and after all, the box it comes in isn't lined with insulation, pieces of cardboard, bubble wrap or anything, you open the box and it's just a board wrapped in plastic I believe this lack of discussion is why my board had cracks when I opened the packaging that was on both ends of the board despite the very bad experience I had with this one product, and the lack of necessary characteristics in all areas of workmanship and finish, as well as design features, I have written this review with as little bias as possible so that it represents the product as accurately as possible.
