I have to give five stars. There are some issues - it gets stuck from time to time, but if you pick up some fibrous stuff before launch you should be fine. I have cats and she loves cat hair. And it's amazing to see yourself empty. DO NOT buy a vacuum that doesn't do this. Even rumba. I've only had it for a few months and so far so good.
