Oh my God! I never thought buying this robot would be such a headache. Constantly hangs when moving from hardwood to carpet or room to room, have bought new pairs of brushes. Charging station not working. The battery life sucks. Training mapping never works.

Tried 2 of them. The first was sent back as it didn't work. All the time he said the bumper was sticking and moving to a flat surface. Excited when I got my second one just to do the same! When it appeared to be working, it moved in slow, jerky movements. Don't waste your time and money on this

Our Roomba s9+ works great. It cleans well, has good coverage and finds its place among furniture and all of our spaces. One big thing Roomba needs to improve: please allow us to remap/train a room without having to delete the entire house map and start over. . The process of mapping the top floor of our home took 6 hours. If we want to rearrange furniture or improve map coverage, it's very difficult to rearrange the whole house.
