Had to return Nigel the other day. It worked great for the first 3-4 weeks. We have 2 dogs and a cat and he will be vacuuming the entire first floor in a few hours. He usually made 3 trips to the base to load the hair into the base and didn't worry. Then it started getting stuck in places it wasn't there before. Then he could not return to his base. He climbed the ramp slightly off-center, then turned right and tried to dock again and again and again. We contacted support, cleaned all of his sensors as suggested, did a reset, took a live video feed of what he's doing, you name it, we did it. At the end of the video feed, the representative on the phone said she needed to contact the tech team(?) to review the footage and she would be back within 48 hours. We called back 3 days later and they wanted us to jump through the same hoops again. The result was the same, contact and call back. After we finished calling, we wrapped it up and arranged a return and refund. Everything went smoothly and we got our money back. For the price and as long as they do, I expected better robotic support. I hope they understand and we can come back for next shopping in the future. Until then, every evening back in the canister.
