Bought this item in December. I was so lucky to have him and he did a really good job cleaning. We have a very short carpet and a hard floor kitchen. Then the problems started about a month later. I called customer service which I have to say was excellent, I never stayed more than 3 minutes if that. They are very good at telling you what to do to fix the problem but it doesn't work. So finally they agreed to deliver what I thought was a new car. Turns out it was refurbished and we've had issues with it since it launched two weeks later. There is a whistle, they say it's normal. Well, if the other didn't make that noise, I don't think it's okay, but okay. I just want a car that works as advertised.
