We have used this software since we had our first version of our product launched 2 years ago when I joined them as an intern. It was really hard at that time because they didn't know how their business worked yet but now with some training from my colleagues who are more experienced than me (and also working there) has made things much easier! They do support during work hours which is great if you need help or advice. Easy access via phone/email etc too just like any other customer service platform would be good but sometimes issues can get lost between emails/phone calls. So use both methods until communication works well enough where one doesn't feel necessary anymore! Getting insights about potential customers helps us understand better how best to market ourselves and keep up-to date on competitors products being sold online as well.
