Great solution for tracking sales through out all channels

We have used this software since we had our first version of our product launched 2 years ago when I joined them as an intern. It was really hard at that time because they didn't know how their business worked yet but now with some training from my colleagues who are more experienced than me (and also working there) has made things much easier! They do support during work hours which is great if you need help or advice. Easy access via phone/email etc too just like any other customer service…

  • Everything else, all features were amazing especially having everything together into 1 place in order to see what areas require extra attention so i don’t forget anything :)

Great for tracking prospecting efforts

I like that we can easily access our historical reports using this tool! Also great customer support from them too :) The only thing is there should be more options available such as additional filters or advanced settings if needed (like being able see multiple years worth of activity). Having all my accounts under one roof has helped me understand which prospects are most likely going after similar products/services than mine & also helps with understanding how much competition they have…

  • All relevant information at once
  • Great Customer Support team to work through any technical difficulties i might encounter even ones not directly related in helping solve other issues, ee example; fixing account names so some fields appear correctly.

I like the ability to search for opportunities based on the companies I am targeting. The ability to target opportunities to specific companies.
