The best part of this software is its easy to use interface for both patients as well providers! It allows me access all my information from anywhere in real time which has been very helpful with medical emergencies or situations where I am out-of town at work but still want up date info about what's going down back home when i get off duty/home again!! There are many things you can do within it such as bill pay etc however there isn't enough room available if your trying too add more than one thing like appointments ect.. You have limited space so be prepared before using because once they limit how much data u put into an area then deleting will not allow anymore unless yu delete everything first (which defeats purpose). Also sometimes some areas don’t update right away meaning something may go wrong during treatment process causing patient harm even though provider did nothing bad just got updated later by their insurance carrier after seeing errors occur due lack updates earlier.
