look cheap! on covers and license plate frames
This is called a solid stainless steel frame. In fact, it can be stainless steel, but as thick as a piece of carbon paper. As you can see in the picture, about 1/2 inch of black mounting bracket protrudes from either side of the frame, completely ruining the stainless steel's "clean" look. I thought about sending it back, but I decided. $12, not worth the hassle. Looks better than nothing I had there. I would definitely not recommend or recommend again.
