Scanner intermittently returns incorrect values when scanning a Code39 barcode. The scanner rearranges the first few characters periodically. This doesn't happen with other scanners I have. I plugged it directly into the USB port. The symptom remains the same on multiple PCs running Windows 10. I'm awaiting a response from Inateck tech support and will report here if I get a solution. UPDATE: I'm happy to report that Inateck responded quickly with a solution to adjust the scan time that resolved the previous issue. The scanner works great, so now 5 stars! Such support is welcome!
