Frustrating! in my review
Got these today and they are just as pictured. However, the only thing that really irritates me is that it is missing all 4 of the circular hooks on one of the side to create the balloon effect which is why I got them. I purchased two, so now I have one that looks lopsided. Really bummed because it was the look I was going for.I guess I know why it was repackaged now. Very frustrating!
