I wanted to like it. I cook everything from scratch so was happy to find a 'clean' roaster for all my meat, veggies etc. I've only used it a couple of times and right from the start the grid started scratching the coating off the surface. Pan. In the center of the grate is a rough/sharp end that rubs against the body of the pan. The bottom of the pan was also stained the first time I used it to roast beef roasts. Things aren't cleaning up as easily as I had hoped. I would have gone back, but I tried to "give one more chance" and missed the window. Spring.
