A well made heavy pan and the non-stick coating of the grate is a nice professional touch. I've cooked BBQ chicken in the oven, it came out perfect, and the brown sugar BBQ sauce came out instantly with soap, water, and a soft sponge. Everyone needs a good frying pan and I recommend this frying pan to everyone.

I bought this to make a porchetta and it worked great. The recipe called for 450 in 40 minutes, and unlike a griddle or other fryers, it didn't warp when hot. The pan is surprisingly heavy and the quality seems as good as other similar more expensive pans I've seen in stores. . I used a stand I already have so didn't use the one that came with it, but it also looks and feels similar in quality and construction.

This pan was great at first, then cuts and scrapes started to be noticeable. It's not used often and I always clean and store all kitchen pans thoroughly, using only plastic or wooden serving spoons and soft scouring pads. It's been 6.5 months with average use in the oven once a week. Now it can not be used with deep scratches and discoloration. I realize it's not a super expensive pan, but figured I could use it for a couple of years. Another discarded bowl. Back to good old stainless steel.

This 11x11 multipurpose pan with grate is well made. I've used it in the oven and on the grill. I use it in my Wolf tabletop oven - fits well, is easy to clean and solidly made. Inexpensive. The low shape of the pan makes it ideal for the Wolf tabletop oven. It has an effective non-stick coating and is similar to the Williams Sonoma Golden Touch pan, but at a much lower price. Good skillet, excellent value for money, highly recommended by a very specific chef - me.

I bought a Chefmade pan with a grate for roasting chicken and pork in the oven. dent in it. They explained that I could keep using the dented pan because the dent didn't break through the pan's coating. They were professional and very patient with me while they worked to send me a new pan! I wanted to like it. I cook everything from scratch so was happy to find a 'clean' roaster for all my meat, veggies etc. I've only used it a couple of times and right from the start the grid started scratching the coating off the surface.
