Better than a screwdriver!
Bored one day, I decided to recover my dining room chairs. With no appropriate tools, I started with a couple of screwdrivers to pull out the old staples. My hand soon gave out so I watched a YouTube video and the person recommended this staple puller. It works great, so much better than I hoped. The grip is incredibly comfortable. It doesn't always pull out every staple completely, leaving one side of the staple still in the wood, but that's what pliers are for. I highly recommend it.
