We are able to track, record, access all of our patient data from anywhere within Australia with one click! There's not much that I don't like about this service as it has been very easy so far but if there was anything then perhaps being alerted when appointments or new messages were available? But other than that - nothing in particular really- just make sure they have enough storage space before jumping onboard because you will need at least 2GB per clinic plus their cloud backup which can be quite large depending upon how many practices/clinics use them (we do!). This enables us complete control over what information we want patients viewing through each practice website by simply adjusting permissions via web interface instead needing staff members constantly making changes manually.
