Where has it been all my life! I have to admit I love waffles and will use any excuse to make them. The problem with the manufacturers I've encountered in the past has been that the batter has leaked all over the place and no matter what I've tried, they've never been non-stick! I heard this waffle maker was different and got good reviews so I was cautiously optimistic. When it arrived I wiped it off and continued with my favorite blend. I wanted to see if it isn't sticky. It was very nonstick! I was able to grab the waffle with tongs as soon as the light came on! The entire batch was made without sticking at all! What was better was they found a way to keep all the dough where it was supposed to be. awesome funnel at the top! Excess batter will gush through this funnel and when the light comes on to indicate the cycle is complete, simply twist the funnel to the open position which separates the overflow from the waffle and you can pull it right out! I've used it a few times since then and it still doesn't stick and is still perfectly finished! It even comes with a little funnel cleaner to get rid of the overflow! This dough was also steam cooked but not browned. I give this to my dog and she loves this waffle maker too! I persuaded my daughter to buy one and I can get another one for my RV!
