Review on ๐Ÿพ Sherpa on Wheels Pet Carrier: Convenient Black Rolling Bag for Pet Transportation by Patricia Jordan

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cat loves it on boxes, houses and pens

Our previous porter was a Sherpa with no wheels. GiGi looked at the new one and immediately jumped in. I always leave the stretcher outside so she isn't afraid of it. Sherpa makes good, durable bags - the first has been around for 6 years and is still very usable. I have one with wheels because GiGi got fat. Only 4 stars because I have two issues with this bag. First, the side mesh covers are poorly designed and don't stay open. They roll up and fasten with velcro, but the handles for the top of the bag get tangled up in them and the velcro isn't big enough to hold it. When GiGis are in the bag, I want them to be open and visible. I'm considering trimming them so it's not a permanent problem. Another issue is the strap. I'm 5ft, not inches - the strap was a comfortable length for me, but if you're tall it might be too short. While I like the cloth strap because it can be missed when loading the carrier into the car, it was difficult to pull over uneven surfaces, especially pulling over curbs. If you want this for travel then I recommend it. If you want to walk your cat, find something else.
