Item arrived on time, in new condition and as advertised. It works well with iPhones, Androids, laptops, iPads, etc. and charges everything very quickly. I like the backlight, it's bright enough to see day and night. The USB ports don't fit exactly but fit snugly, the DC plug that fits into the cigarette lighter fits snugly but isn't tight, it stays on most of the time although I have to test it to make sure my phone is working still loads ; this is expected when driving a car for a living (Uber). I will say this is one of the best DC chargers I have ever used, it was more reliable than other brands and gave me some peace of mind.
