The buoys came with no inflation instructions. I tried going to YouTube to see how, but I couldn't get my . I tried using a bike tire pump with TMP inflation needles and just couldn't pump air after unscrewing what I thought was the top of the valve. The next day I took the buoys to my wharf to be inflated. Here we found that the full valve had to come out to let air in. One of the buoys could not take air because the full valve broke into 2 pieces, one stuck in the buoy and the other came out with a screwdriver. I contacted Taylor and they were kind enough to email me the instructions which did not come with the product. Problem solved for now, but I'll give them an "A" for the instructions and "how" to inflate them. After inflation, they are fine and the quality of the product is "5". I did a trial test on a boat at the dock, they are excellent quality, they work as advertised. If they dissipate over time I just take them back to Marina support to inflate again. Ask Taylor to send you inflation instructions.
